What is beauty? A misty mountain trail? A bustling city street? A rusty bicycle leaning against a brick wall? A bird mid-flight, a shadow on the sidewalk, a splash of unexpected color?

Whatever your answer is? We want to see it.

Gallery North invites artists to submit work to Beauty Is in the Eye of the Beholder, a juried exhibit that celebrates the wildly personal, wonderfully diverse ways we define and experience beauty. This is your chance to show us what catches your eye, tugs at your heart, or stops you in your tracks.

We welcome 2D and 3D artwork in all styles and media. If it expresses your vision of beauty subtle or loud, classic or strange, refined or raw it belongs in this show.

Important Dates

• Online Entry: July 23rd through September 9th
• Deadline for Entry: September 9, 11:59 PM PST
• Notification of Show Acceptance: September 15th
• Artwork Delivery: October 1st, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• Exhibition: October 1 through October 30th
• Artists’ Reception/Awards:  October 4th, 1- 4 PM PST
• Edmonds Art Walk: October 16th , 5 – 8 PM PST
• Artwork Pick Up: October 30th, 11 – 6 PM PST
